Hey y’all! I hope you’ve been having a great week! Can you believe September is almost over? It is crazy how fast our lives move. That is why having goals is so important! They keep us focused and in control of what we are using our time to strive for. In another post I will talk more about goals and goal setting, but for now I just wanted to share a quick post about vision boards.
Mostly, this post is going to show you a few different examples of vision boards. Of course you can always search for other examples and definitely make it your own! Remember to be as specific as possible. Vision boards can be very powerful tools to assist us with our goals. Having a visual reminder of the things we are striving towards is just as important as writing our goals down. If you see what you want every day it will serve as a constant reminder to yourself to always work towards it. Below I have a few different examples of vision boards, including my own! Check them out, copy them, or just steal a few ideas for your own. The more you make it your own the more ownership you’ll have towards what’s on it. But these have some great ideas to get you started! Happy creating!
Also, today is National Suicide Prevention day and I just want to remind everyone that I am always here to chat. Send me an email or comment below and I’ll always respond. And don’t forget to Find the Positive! 1. I went for a run today which was my first step towards getting prepared to run a half marathon in May! 2. I have made a great new friend and we at dinner at a delicious Chinese restaurant tonight! 3. Friends was on during lunch which provided me a great brain break from class.
